You could use the Understanding script to process your journal, and it can extract some information, but not that level of complexity.

I am looking at making a virtual ME for my kids.  The idea is so that at some point it is a virtual me that will be around if I am not.  I have it set with lots of questions / answers that I setup from a chat corpus when using chatterbot. In Bot Libre questions are automatically matched heuristically. So when you add a new question/response a broad set of question will be matched with the same response.

You can also use keywords to widen the scope, or required words to narrow it, or configure the heuristically match settings from the bot's Learning & Settings page in its Admin Console.

Hi, I am new to botlibre. I have created a chatbot previously with Dialogflow and just trying to understand how the conversation flow works for bot libre.

At the moment I will am using the WYSIWYG editor but later on hope to do more in AIML.

I am working on a chatbot for students and they have different ways of asking something that has the same response. Is it possible to group these in a conversation flow ? I am not sure if I have missed something in the guidance?

First it is important to choose the correct template when creating your bot. If you choose a template that has a lot of responses that you don't want, like one of the personality templates, you may have to delete a lot of responses. So maybe start with a simple template, like the service_template.

For training the bot, you can set its responses from its Training & Chatlogs page.

This depends on which bot template you used to create your bot, how you have configured it, how you are training it, and your goals.

Normally a bot would be created for a specific purpose, such as customer service, education, health, etc., and then trained with specific responses and conversation flows relevant to that topic. The bot would normally be trained through the bot's Training & Chat Logs page. You can also correct a bot's response while chatting with it.

Bot Libre has a learning option. Go to your bot's Admin Console, Learning & Settings page.

Note, in general we do not recommend having your bot learn from conversations as this can allow users to train the bot poorly, and it will be learning questions, not answers.

 I cannot access my app on Android. 

That will allow the avatar to learn from the conversation and will respond to any questions that are not included in the existing responses.

My guess is that you denied access to your microphone to the app. You need to go into your Android settings, security and grant mic access to the app.

No signs of toggle on. There is no red signal.

I did everything but unfortunately it did not work. I will try to install another apk if it will work.

You can view all your default responses from your bot's Training & Chat Logs page.

Check each response to see if it has a topic or exclusive topic (click on the topic checkbox to show topics).

If it has an exclusive topic, uncheck the "exclusive" checkbox and save. If it has a topic that you do not want clear the topic and save the response.

Check if the bot is private or hidden. Also if the bots has not been review or is marked Mature it will be hidden unless you set the content rating to Mature.
