Which app are you using? and on which phone (Android, iOS)?

You user id (profile name) cannot be changed, you need to create a new account if you want a new user id.

What do you mean by automatic voice? The app supports both the devices speech, and our server voices. Do you mean speech recognition? Our next release will have an option for hands-free speech recognition.
